New Board Members of IFA

Prof. Biswo Pradhan (Former Foreign Secretary) Mr. Damodar Prasad Gautam (Former Chief Secretary and Former Royal Nepalese Ambassador to USA), Dr. Novel Kishor Rai (Former Royal Nepalese Ambassador to Germany) and Dr. Posh Raj Pandey (President of South Asia Watch on Trade and Environment) have been appointed board members of Institute of Foreign Affairs by His Majesty's Government.
