Institute of Foreign Affairs (IFA) organized a talk programme on “Reform of United Nations” by Lt. Gen. (retd) Satis K. Nambiar at Hotel Shangri-La, Lazimpat on August 22, 2005 (Monday). Let. Gen. Nambiar is Director of the United Service Institution of India (USI) based in New Delhi and served as the first force commander of UN peacekeeping in former Yugoslavia.
