The IFA has brought out a new book “New Life within SAARC” which has paper by some of the best brain of South Asia on SAARC issues. Four former foreign secretaries of South Asian countries, one former foreign minister, retired Generals of the army, civil society actors, economists and businessmen have authored papers on SAARC’s progress, SAFTA’s Implementation, Countering terrorism in South Asia and also a South Asian common currency and a South Asian parliament.

The book is co-edited by Dev Raj Dahal and Nishchal N. Pandey and is available in Asia Books, Bagbazar and Pilgrims Books, Kathmandu.
