Cheema (Pakistan) and Officiating Executive Director of IFA Nishchal N. Pandey
at the Narayanhiti Royal Palace on Nov. 19th 2004. All the three delegates had
come to Kathmandu to attend the regional conference on "Comprehensive Security
in South Asia" organized by the IFA in cooperation with the FES.
