IFA Board Member Uddhav Dev Bhatta dies

The Board Member of the IFA and Nepal's Former Foreign Secretary Mr. Uddhav Dev Bhatta has died. He was Nepal's distinguished diplomat and former envoy to the United Nations. A regular at the IFA office, Mr. Bhatta is recalled with devotion and respect by not only the staff members of the IFA but also the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Nepalese at large.
