The IFA in collaboration with the Reporters Club Nepal organized a half day seminar on the role of media in foreign policy at Hotel Shangri-La, Lazimpat on April 3, 2005. It was inaugurated by Minister for Foreign Affairs Ramesh Nath Pandey and participated by sixty editors/journalists/reporters from various publication houses, newspapers, etc. Rishi Dhamala, President of the Club and Prof. Biswo Pradhan, Nepal's former envoy to the USA. Spokesman of the MoFA Durga Prasad Bhattarai also spoke on the occasion. IFA will soon bring out a publication as proceedings of this meet.
