The regional conference on Comprehensive Security in South Asia has been re-scheduled
for November 19th and 20th 2004 in Kathmandu.
This conference is organised by IFA in Co-operation with the FES. About 12 experts throughout South Asia and over two dozen Nepali participants will participate in this conference. More on this important conference will be placed in this site in the days ahead.
